I am CEO and one of the founding directors of People SA Coaching·Leadership one of the fastest growing Coaching Organisations in South Africa and the founding Director of the South African Institute of Neuro Semantics ®.

I am a Meta Coach, one of three Internationally Licensed Meta Coach Trainers, a Trainer in the fields of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Neuro Semantics ®. I am currently in the final phase of Accreditation and Licensing as an Advanced Facilitator/Trainer on the Triangles Model® a model that measures the Chemistry of Performance.

I facilitate creating an environment where individuals and organisations are unleashed from their constraints and limiting performances to activating and unleashing dreams, potential, possibilities, wellness and peak performance through living and embodying their highest meanings.

The areas I have facilitated sustainable change achieving exceptional results are within Government and Corporate Organisations, with CEO’s Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs and Olympic Athletes.

The advanced Coaching and Change Technology of The Meta Coach Training System® which I utilise is grounded in Self Actualization Psychology and the Cognitive Behavioural Sciences, including Neuro

linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro Semantics®.

I am an Internationally Certified Meta-Coach and Neuro-Semantic Trainer, with a passion for facilitating growth and actualising excellence! My work is rooted in Self-Actualization Psychology and the Cognitive Behavioural Sciences, and my commitment to your growth; development and activation of your own excellence create an environment for you to unleash your potentials.

My experience working in the world of development is wide, ranging from working one on one with CEO’s and managers to parents and children. I also have experience working within an international development organisation and thus have an understanding of what is necessary to bring about change and transformation from within large organisations.

My mission is to inspire and support both individuals and organisations to actualise their full potential to exist in a life less ordinary.

Jerome Lucas

I am a business and entrepreneur coach with a particular focus on the financial, sports and entertainment sectors.

My current role as CEO of People SA, a human capital consultancy based in South Africa, has been invaluable in "stretching" my comfort zone personally and professionally. I am fortunate to be under the mentorship of People SA Chairman, Professor Bongani Khumalo as well as having had a number of other great role models throughout my life, to use as soundboards.

My career includes time as a junior bond trader at FCB Harlow-Butler as well as 6 years asset management experience with Investec Asset management & Old Mutual, before starting People SA in March 2005.

I am involved with both the strategic & operational aspects of the business, including consulting to various blue chip clients within the fields of recruitment, talent retention, training, coaching, business re-structuring & marketing.

My passion for people, fuels my intent to make a meaningful contribution to the South African economy and disadvantaged communities.
